Transfer 10 - Week 2

This week was definitely a bit challenging, but still good. Most of the time was spent contacting people on the street and biking to Less Active's houses to see how they're doing. For some reason, more people than usual weren't interested at all and I can't recall one person this week who listened to us for more than 1 minute. We we were able to get in touch with a few less actives and they were nice to us in the beginning but when we called them again they would say,"Sorry my stomach hurts, it's not convenient to talk." And then hang up. It was definitely an interesting week!

Through it all, however, my personal study has been great! In fact, I've never felt more spiritual than this past week! I've been reading in the Old Testament and Doctrine and Covenants recently and it's been fantastic. I think one of the main highlights of my mission has been studies. It always gets me in the right mood and attitude and then no matter what happens, I feel pretty peaceful. One great thing we have going is we have a single investigator right now. She's also getting ready for baptism! She has kept the Word of Wisdom for a month now and her baptismal date is on the 15th of March! She's still heading strong for it and we're pretty excited! Though after she gets baptized we won't have any investigators... Going to find some this week no worries!

Overall, despite not having any success, I still feel pretty great and if anything, more encouraged because of the lack of success. I've got a feeling this next week will go really well!
